4 Stars Comfortable, functional, stylish laptop case
This is a really great bag, especially for the money. I went looking for a bag with very particular specifications: that it be a sling bag (so it would evenly distribute the weight and leave both my hands free), that it have a bit of room for cords, iPod, whatever, that it hold up well, and that it not look like every black laptop case out there. Not girly per se, but attractive.
The Belkin Sling Bag has fully met my needs. It’s extremely comfortable to wear, particularly because of the padded sling strap. It’s functional, with lots of little nooks and crannies for pads of paper or pens or magazines or cords. I particularly love the zippered pocket on the outside of the sling strap for my cell phone - so handy! It’s held up just fine through general use/travel. And it’s ATTRACTIVE. Anyone looking for a stylish and functional but not “girly” case would do very well with the Belkin.
The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I can’t seem to get it to sit high enough on my back that it lies flat, rather than hitting my rear. I’ve tightened the straps as much as I think I can and I can’t seem to get the fit quite right. For that reason I gave it 4 stars.
5 Stars Light and compact
I previously had a briefcase/suitcase type bag that was heavy and cumbersome, particularly when traveling. This bag is great. It’s light, holds all my accessories, and I can sling it over my shoulder or carry it by the handle. Very pleased.
1 Star Quality Issues
I was disappointed with the quality of this item. The colors are faded and the materials are second class.
5 Stars A stylish way to tote your laptop
I just bought this bag and I love it. The brown/blue color combo is very chic. My DELL Inspiron with 15.4″ screen fits perfectly. The charger fits perfectly in the included pouch, which fits into the bag along with the laptop. The outside zippered pocket is perfect for personal items such as keys, money, pens, etc.
I also bought the color-coordinated Belkin Mouse Trap Mouse Pad for my wireless mouse.
I highly recommend this bag.
